The All Progressives Congress (APC), Abia State chapter, heartily congratulates President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his resounding victory at the just concluded APC Presidential Primaries held across the 184 wards of Abia State on Saturday, 23rd May 2026.
At the conclusion of the exercise, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu secured a total of 161,005 votes to emerge victorious over his closest rival, Mr. Osifo Osayamwen Stanley, who scored 1,007 votes.
The peaceful conduct and overwhelming participation witnessed during the primaries clearly demonstrate the confidence and trust that party members and supporters in Abia State repose in the leadership and Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Abia APC wishes to assure Mr. President of our total commitment and unwavering support towards ensuring that the party records an overwhelming victory in the forthcoming general election.
We want to also congratulate all our leaders, especially the leader of Abia APC and the returning officer for the presidential primaries, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, who through painstaking efforts ensured we remain united, focused, and determined to mobilize our members and supporters across the state in support of the APC and the Renewed Hope vision for a better and more prosperous Nigeria.
