The Abia State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) warmly congratulates Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda on his well-deserved emergence as the National Chairman of our great party, describing his victory as a reflection of confidence in his leadership capacity, vision, and commitment to the ideals of the APC.

We equally felicitate Chief Donatus Nwankpa on his reelection as the National Welfare Officer, alongside other distinguished members of the National Working Committee who emerged at the just concluded National Congress. Their emergence underscores the party’s dedication to continuity, experience, and effective leadership at the national level.

Furthermore, we commend Barr. Chimankpam Ogbonnaya over his emergence as the zonal youths leader and other zonal officers for their successful elections at the Zonal Congress held in Enugu. Their victories represent a renewed mandate to strengthen party structures, mobilize grassroots support, and advance the collective interests of the APC across the zone.

The Abia APC applauds the Congress Organizing Committee for the transparent, peaceful, and credible conduct of both the zonal and national congresses, which further reinforces internal democracy within the party.

We express profound appreciation to our leader, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, for his unwavering support, strategic leadership, and personal sacrifices which ensured that Abia APC recorded a successful and impactful outing at both congresses.

We also acknowledge and commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his purposeful leadership and continued commitment to strengthening the APC and deepening democratic values across the nation.

As a party, we call on all members and stakeholders to remain united, focused, and resolute as we consolidate on these successes and work collectively towards building a stronger, more inclusive, and victorious APC.

Signed:

Uche Aguoru
